Two giants in the daily fantasy sports business asked their customers Monday to lean on Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to make sure their sites can continue to operate.
FanDuel and DraftKings — along with several other fantasy sports websites — formed Fantasy Sports for All to build support from the public and to ask Paxton to prevent the state government from shuttering their ventures.
Jeremy Kudon, a spokesman for Fantasy Sports for All, and the members of the newly formed organization want to send a message to Paxton to “stay out of their business, and to focus on the more pressing issues facing the state of Texas,” according to an email from supporters of the new group.
