Fantasy sports game players are hoping Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton doesn’t decide their games are illegal here.

Fantasy Sports Trade Association national lobbyist Jeremy Kudon says Texas is the birthplace of those types of games and they have been legal for 40 years.  There is an online petition to Paxton players can sign.
