Fantasy sports site, FanDuel, is urging its users in Texas to stand up against Attorney General Ken Paxton.
Paxton is looking into whether the site should be allowed to legally operate in the Lone Star State.
In an email, FanDuel is asking fans to email Paxton and their state representative to defend their right to play fantasy sports.
The site says the government should not be able to decide what games its residents can play.
